About Us

The people behind the work.

Our work is carried forward by trustees, leaders, staff and volunteers in two countries — bound by friendship, prayer, and a shared call to serve Maiwut.

Get Involved

Could you serve as a trustee?

We periodically recruit new UK trustees with skills, experience or networks that strengthen our work — finance, communications, fundraising, international development, theology and pastoral practice are all welcome.

Trustees serve on a voluntary basis, and reasonable expenses are reimbursed.

Volunteer Resource Persons

Specialist volunteers supporting our work.

A small number of volunteer resource persons bring specialist skills to FOM — supporting trustees and staff in areas such as communications, finance, or theology.

Governance — South Sudan

Our South Sudan Management Board

The Management Board, chaired by the Bishop of Maiwut, is composed of South Sudanese church and community leaders who set local priorities, manage projects, and oversee the mission base.
